Moorpark College Online Introduction to Philosophy Course. This course began as a televideo course in 1999.  It transitioned into an online course in the summer of 2010..  I generally teach this online course in the Spring and Fall.   Students enrolled also receive instructions for accessing their course shell in Desire2Learn under "my courses" in their VCCCD portal. As of the summer of 2013, I will teach an "onground" regular classroom Introduction to Philosophy in two sections during the 8 week summer session.

Oxnard College Critical Thinking .  I have had the pleasure of teaching philosophy classes in the PACE program since its inception in 1999.  While the PACE program is no longer a part of Oxnard College, I have continued teaching at this institution. In the Spring of 2013, I will be instructing an "online" course in Critical Thinking.  All the distance learning activities are covered in the course shell in the Desire2Learn platform.  This is a varied format that includes Discussion Boards, Videos, quizzes and a final term paper.
