Dr. Diane Eberhardy

Dr. Eberhardy received her Doctorate in Education from California Lutheran University in 2009. Her dissertation topic, An Assessment of Students' Technology Skills at a California Community College: A Mixed Method Design, explored and assessed California Community College students' Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills and whether their perception of their skills accurately reflected their demonstrated skill levels. The research also investigated, from the students perspective, their opinions and attitudes on the importance of ICT skills and how students acquire and improve these skills.
